The United States and Russia to sign new nuclear treaty in Prague, Czech Republic, Europe. Prague has agreed to host the signing of a new nuclear arms control pact between United States and Russia. The U.S.-Russian nuclear pact could be signed in Prague, 8th of April 2010.

In the Church of the Augustinian Friars, wedding of Emperor Franz Joseph and his Sisi took place. Today, you can regularly hears the great masses by Mozart, Haydn and Schubert. Two organs have added later on. Not only did Franz Schubert conducted his Mass in the Church of the Augustinian Friars here, but Anton Bruckner’s Mass in Church of the Augustinian Friars also had its world premiere. The memorial room of  Attila Jozsef in Hungary, in which there is a  permanent exhibition of the Petofi Literal Museum , was opened on 11 April 1964 in the small house of 33m2 where Attila Jozsef was born. Lajos Kassak and Dr. György Bojtor was taking the opening speeches at the opening ceremony. The exhibition is containing homespun installations , those were renewed by the Petofi Literal Museum in year 1975 and was opened at the 70th anniversary of the birth of the famous poet. Ferenc Juhasz poet and the actor Tamas Major participated at the ceremony. The next renewing took place in 1995 at the 90th anniversary of the birth of Attila Jozsef. Welcome in Budapest during your European Tour !

British Crown Prince Charles and his wife Camilla are in Czech Republic with a three day trip (20-23 March 2010).
The CR visit is a part of a tour of Eastern Europe that includes Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic. During the visit Prince Charles and Camilla visit the Orthodox Cathederal of Saints Cyril and Methodius, a church where a group of British-trained Czech agents died in a heavy exchange of fire in 1942 after killing a top Nazi Germany official, SS-Obergruppenfuhrer Reinhard Heydrich, Prague Castle gardens, see Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's opera Don Giovanni in Prague's Estates Theatre, the Prince visit an environmentally-friendly ČR's greenest village Hostetin in South Moravia, his wife Camilla visit a guide-dog school.  The prince and Camilla met with Czech President Vaclav Klaus and his wife at the Prague Castle and also met Czech World War II veterans from the Royal Air Force.

For the first time since the Second War, a shop with kosher food was opened in the  capital of Czech Republic - Prague. Located in Prague’s Old Town, just metres away from the all the attractions of the Jewish town such as The Maisel Synagogue, The Spanish Synagogue, The Pinkas Synagogue,The Old Jewish Cemetery, The Klausen Synagogue, The Old-New Synagogue, the shop now offers groceries for the upcoming holiday of Passover. But the shop owners say much more is yet to come.
